When the information or the like input with the image for engraving the information for proving the image such as the face photograph, the address, the name, the signature and the like, and the identification via a network or the like from a digital camera, a scanner, another computer or the like is engraved on the medium to be engraved such as the passport, the identification card or the like, an adapter for mounting the passport, the identification card or the like is replaceable in response to the shape or the properties.
