PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image feature extraction device, image feature extraction method, image feature extraction program and image processing system which can suppress the extraction of wrong image features.SOLUTION: An image feature extraction device 100 includes a threshold value calculation unit 110 that determines a threshold value on the basis of a function showing relationship between a brightness and a noise, and a brightness of a peripheral pixel around a target pixel in an input image, and a binary code calculation unit 120 that calculates a binary code feature quantity on the basis of the determined threshold value and the peripheral pixel.
