Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus capable of correcting a time management function in the apparatus itself and enabling accurate time management even under an environment in which the time management cannot be correctly executed in the apparatus itself in a power-saving mode.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus in a power-saving mode acquires a time after a specified time elapses and the number of clock inputs of a CPU in the apparatus itself from a communication device on a network, and obtains the number of clock inputs per unit time from a difference between the acquired time and the number of clock inputs of the CPU to correct a time management function in the apparatus itself. The correction is executed regularly and periodically.
