Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent correction for bar-code from being performed to printing elements other than the bar-code.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus 1 executes: processing of referring to a line buffer holding a plurality of pieces of line data containing the line data of a line being an output object to an engine mounted with a mechanism of an electrophotography recording process out of the pieces of line data obtained by dividing bitmap data of an image being a printing object in a line unit, and detecting a straight line part in which dots corresponding to black out of the line data are continuous in the line direction; processing of detecting a straight line part in which any pattern of dots obtained by scanning a column position corresponding to the starting point or ending point of the straight line part in the column direction between the plurality of pieces of line data is a dot corresponding to white as a bar-code region; and processing of performing correction for bar-code to the bar-code region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
