PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus capable of identifying a wrinkle-formed place on a sheet by a simple configuration, and an image formation system.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus 1 includes: a plurality of roller pairs 12, 14, 71, 72, 81, 82, 91 and 92 which carry a sheet and which can be brought into pressure contact with one another and separated from one another; a sheet deformation detection part 601 for detecting deformation of the sheet; and a control part 60. The control part 60 carries the sheet in the state of separating the predetermined roller pairs 81, 82, 91 and 92 from one another, and identifies a sheet deformation place on the basis of a detection signal of the sheet deformation detection part 601.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
