Abstract:
To provide an image formation apparatus which can efficiently perform power supply to a loading device without stopping power supply to the loading device.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus according the present invention comprises: a power source unit which outputs DC voltage; one or more loading devices which are driven with the DC voltage output from the power source unit; and a load control unit which monitors the drive forms of the one or more loading devices and can control the drive forms of the one or more loading devices. The power source unit comprises: a DC voltage generation part which generates the DC voltage; a supply current detection part which detects a value of the current supplied to the one or more loading devices from the DC voltage generation part; and an integrated value generation part which generates a value obtained by integrating values of the current detected by the supply current detection part over a prescribed period. The load control part can control the drive forms of the one or more loading devices such that the supply of the current to the one or more loading devices from the power source unit is not stopped on the basis of the value generated by the integrated value generation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
