Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device capable of easily confirming that a power value which is obtained from a power measurement means is correct.SOLUTION: There are provided a power measurement part 420 which measures the power consumed at an image formation device, and a RAM507 which holds a power value consumed by the image formation device when power is supplied to a portion required for power measurement. A power value held by the RAM507 is compared with a power value measured at a predetermined timing by the power measurement part 420. If the power value held by the RAM507 matches with the measured power value, the image formation device is shifted into an energy saving state.
