Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device capable of forming a high quality image, by preventing deviation of the path of an electron beam emitted from an electron emission element.
SOLUTION: This image formation device has a spacer 106 held between an electron emission element 102 arranged in a matrix shape and a phosphor substrate 112 for emitting light by irradiating with an electron beam emitted from the electron emission element 102. Moreover, a potential regulation plate 105 is surrounded by a semi-conductive film 113 formed on the spacer 106, the phosphor substrate 112, and a substrate 101 with the electron emission element 102 arranged thereon, and is connected to the phosphor substrate 112 and the spacer 106 having the semi-conductive film 113 by way of predetermined connection parts 104 and 107. The predetermined connection part 107 is shielded from the electron emission element 102 by the presence of the potential regulation plate 105.
