PURPOSE: To eliminate the possibility of a transparent paper sheet such as an OHP paper sheet to pass a sharply curved paper discharge path resulting in a jamming state by installing a non-sort mode indication means which inputs a signal from a transparent paper-switch and outputs a signal for setting an image formation equipment in the non-sort mode.
CONSTITUTION: When a transparent paper sheet image formation mode is indicated by a transparent paper sheet image formation mode indication means (transparent paper switch) 81, a non-sort mode indication means 11 inputs this indication and sets an image formation equipment in the non-sort mode. Accordingly, jumming of a transparent paper sheet by passing a sharply curved paper discharge path is prevented. In the same way, when a transparent paper sheet detecting means 82 detects the presence of a transparent paper sheet, the non- sort indication means 11 also works and sets the sorter 2 of the image formation equipment in a inoperative state.
