Abstract:
To improve productivity of an image formation system in insert jobs.SOLUTION: An image formation system includes: a first feeding unit that feeds a recording sheet; a second feeding unit that has a plurality of loading units, each of which is loaded with an insert sheet, and feeds the insert sheet toward a sheet transport path (340); and detection means (721, 722) for detecting presence or absence of insert sheets loaded on a plurality of loading units. Control means performs a moving process in which a second insert sheet loaded on a second loading unit of the plurality of loading units is stopped after being moved to a position where a rear end of the second insert sheet is located downstream of a detection position of the detection means in a sheet feeding direction during a process of feeding the first insert sheet from the first loading unit among the plurality of loading units toward the sheet transport path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
