To provide an image forming apparatus which is based on a universal design and which enables also a physically-handicapped person to easily perform an input and reduce erroneous touches.

In the image forming device 1 provided with a display input screen 3a which displays touch keys for inputting image forming conditions, an input member 15 for touching the touch key is provided. The input member 15 is held in an attachable and detachable way inside a groove 14a of an input member holding part 14 formed in the vicinity of the display input screen. Since the input member 15 is bar-shaped and has a narrowed tip, it can touch the touch key reliably even if it is small. Also, the input member 15 is connected to the input member holding part 14 by a cord member 15a to prevent its loss.
