Abstract:
To provide an image forming apparatus which continues printing by a printing method that does not use a both-side printing unit even when an error of the both-side printing unit occurs halfway through printing.
The image forming apparatus has the both-side printing unit and an error recognizing means which recognizes the error in the both-sided printing unit. The image forming apparatus includes an inquiring means which inquires of a user whether or not to continue printing when the error is recognized by the error recognizing means.
