Abstract:
To provide an image forming apparatus that prevents an adhesion-fixed part of an optical member being an optical component inside an optical scanner from being peeled off due to impact during transport so as to provide stable quality.
An image forming apparatus is attached with an elastic member 10 that reduces, when external impact is applied during transport, a gap existing between an optical scanner 103a and a lower plate 135 to prevent the lower plate 135 from directly contacting the optical scanner 103a.
