An image forming apparatus includes a developing device 5Y, a toner cartridge 33Y, and a conveyance pump 38Y that conveys a toner discharged from the toner cartridge 33Y toward the developing device 5Y. The toner contains a crystalline resin having at least one of a urethane bond and a urea bond in a principal chain; and when the integrated intensity of a spectrum derived from a crystalline structure of the binder resin in an X-ray diffraction spectrum of the toner is C, and the integrated intensity of a spectrum derived from an amorphous structure of the binder resin in the X-ray diffraction spectrum is A, a solution of the expression C/(C+A) is 0.15 or more.
