Abstract:
To provide an image forming method that prevents separation of powder adhered for decorating and achieves an image with a high metallic feel.SOLUTION: An image forming method of the present invention is for at least supplying and adhering powder to a resin image layer formed on a recording medium, and includes the steps of: supplying the powder to the resin image layer; supplying a curable liquid to cover the resin image layer and the powder; and curing the curable liquid covering the resin image layer and the powder so as to have a pencil hardness (scratch hardness testing method (pencil method) prescribed in JIS K 5600-5-4:1999) of F or harder and thereby forming a light transmissive coat layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
