Abstract:
To suppress buckling of a sheet.SOLUTION: A conveyance device for conveying a sheet has: (i) a first conveyance roller pair; (ii) a second conveyance roller pair for conveying a sheet so that the sheet arrivals at a position contacting the first conveyance roller pair; (iii) a moving member which is configured to be movable between a regulation position where the arrival of the sheet at the first conveyance roller pair is regulated, and a retreat position, to be moved to the retreat position from the regulation position by being pushed by the sheet; (iv) a first guide arranged between the moving member and the second conveyance roller pair; and (v) a first opposite guide which is opposite to the first guide, and is arranged between the moving member and the second conveyance roller pair. One of the first guide and the first opposite guide has a first curved part with which the sheet is brought into contact, and the other of the first guide and the first opposite guide has a second curved part with which the sheet is brought into contact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
