To provide an image forming device, a cartridge and a cleaner avoiding excess blocking of deposit by a blocking body.
The image forming device 1 includes: an image carrier 10 which carries an image; a transfer device 14 which transfers an image formed on the surface of the image carrier to a transfer object; a cleaning member 21 which contacts the surface of the image carrier after transferring the image to the transfer object by the transfer device and removes from the surface the deposit on the surface; a containing tank 22 in which the deposit removed by the cleaning member is contained; the blocking body 23 which blocks the space between the cleaning member and the containing tank and temporarily blocks on the cleaning member side the deposit flowing from the cleaning member to the container tank; and an injection device 24 which injects gas between the blocking body and the image carrier.
