Abstract:
To provide an image forming device that can stably convey media such as a roll paper without deteriorating productivity, a control method for an image forming device and a program.SOLUTION: The image forming device comprises: a conveying part that conveys media; a detecting part that detects a connecting part for connecting the media to each other, between the plurality of media conveyed by the conveying part; an image forming part arranged closer to a downstream side in a conveying direction of the media than a detection position of the detecting part, and forming images on the media conveyed by the conveying part; and a conveying control part that decreases speed of conveying the media more when the detecting part detects the connection part than before the part detects the connection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
