Abstract:
To provide an image forming device that makes an envelope to automatically conceal confidential document information to ensure prevention of leakage of the confidential information, even when positions of address information, destination information, and document information printed on a paper are different.SOLUTION: There is provided an image forming device, including: a printing unit that prints at least address information, destination information, and document information in an address area, a destination area, and a document area of a paper, respectively; a folding mechanism for folding the paper printed by the printing unit; and a control unit that determines how to fold the paper by the folding mechanism, in which the control unit determines how to fold the paper so that the address area and the destination area can be visually recognized from outside and the document area is covered with a part of the paper.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
