Abstract:
To easily enable a carbon copy function by eliminating the need of designating a paper-feeding stage for a copy when at a manuscript of a carbon copy job is submitted.SOLUTION: In an MFP (multifunction peripheral) 100, information (carbon copy setting) capable of specifying a paper-feeding stage used for printing for a copy that is at least a part of a plural sheets printed by a carbon copy job is set in advance. If a received print job includes information indicating the carbon copy job (Yes in S1102), the MFP 100 controls to carry out the printing of a copy in the print job by using paper in the paper-feeding stage for the copy specified based on the carbon copy setting (S1105). In a printer driver 600 of a PC 160, when the generation of the carbon copy job is instructed, it is not necessary to designate the instruction of the paper-feeding stage used for the copy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
