A flow Q of air toward a sirocco fan 90 from a suction port 72f is generated when the sirocco fan 90 is rotated. The paper dust produced at the time when recording paper is cut is sucked from the suction port 72f by the flow Q of air. The sucked paper dust 96 tries to enter a tube 82 in accordance with the flow Q of air, but as a filter 88 is fixed on an inlet of the tube 82, the paper dust 96 cannot enter the tube 82 as it is blocked by the filter 88. Consequently, the paper dust 96 is accumulated in a paper dust accumulation container 86, and only air is discharged through the tube 82 and a connecting member 92.
