The image forming device 1 comprises a generating means (a CPU 190, a generating program 192C) generating passwords for canceling accessible to the data for forming images, a transmission control means (a CPU 190, a transmission control program 192D) transmitting the passwords for canceling generated by the generating means to a user terminal, and a password for canceling determining means (a CPU 190, a password for canceling determining program 192G) determining whether or not the input passwords for canceling and the generated passwords for canceling coincide with each other, wherein the control means (the CPU 190) is constituted so as to allow to access to the data for forming images when the password for canceling determining means determines that the input passwords for canceling coincides with the generated password for canceling.
