The image forming device 40 is provided with a film charging means 45 capable of filling a film package body for light-shieldingly retaining a plurality of sheet films F to the light-shielding bag and movable between a charging position of the film package body and a conveying position in the device body; a pick-up means 46 for taking out the sheet film after the charged light-shielding bag is removed to the outside of the device; a light-exposure means 55 for forming a latent image on the sheet film by optical scanning while conveying the sheet film; and a casing part 40a for retaining development means 50, 53 for developing the sheet film formed with the latent image. It is constituted to a desk top type shape and the light-shielding bag is removed after the film charging means charged with the film package body arrives at the conveying position. A shock-absorbing member 60 has high friction coefficient and capable of attenuating vibration transmission is provided on a bottom part of the casing part.
