To provide an image forming device of tandem system adopting a beltless direct transfer system, capable of stabilizing a conveying direction of a paper sheet in a toner transfer area.
The image forming device includes a plurality of pairs of photoreceptor drums and transfer rollers, conveys the paper sheet S by nip parts formed by the photoreceptor drums and the transfer rollers, and forms an image on the paper sheet S. A side regulation plate 16 is provided to regulate one side part along the conveying direction A of the paper sheet S, at least the one pair of photoreceptor drum 11Y and transfer roller 13Y is arranged inclinedly to be directed from a direction orthogonal to the paper sheet conveying direction A toward the side regulation plate 16, on a conveying face, and the conveying direction A of the paper sheet S is regulated thereby. The transfer roller 13Y is constituted to make the axial-directional central portion 13a in an outer circumferential part serve as a high friction portion.
