To provide an image forming device capable of preventing a problem such as scattering of a waste toner and faulty cleaning, even if blowing means is disposed near cleaning means.
An image forming device includes: an intermediate transfer belt 12 which is a body to be cleaned; a cleaning unit 20 for removing a toner on the intermediate transfer belt 12; and a waste toner tank 60 which collects a toner removed by the cleaning unit 20 and dropped by self weight, and in which the longitudinal direction length of an opening portion opposite to the cleaning unit 20 is smaller than the longitudinal direction length of a bottom portion. The waste toner tank 60 has a narrowed shape so as to be cleaned, and a cooling fan 61 for cooling the inside of a device by blowing is installed in a space made by the narrowed shape of the waste toner tank 60. Between the cleaning unit 20 and the cooling fan 61, a blocking member 62 for blocking a space between the cleaning unit 20 and the cooling fan 61 is installed.
