Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus which can correctly adjust an amount of deflection formed on a recording medium.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus 1 includes a conveyance unit 5, a storage unit 11 and a control unit 10. The conveyance unit 5 conveys a sheet S along a sheet conveyance path L. The storage unit 11 stores a correction value. The control unit 10 controls the conveyance unit 5. The conveyance unit 5 includes a register roller 51, an intermediate roller 52, a rotary gear 52d, and a drive gear 52e. The register roller 51 forms deflection on the sheet S. The intermediate roller 52 conveys the sheet S to the register roller 51. The rotary gear 52d and drive gear 52e transmit the power to the intermediate roller 52. The correction value is previously set for each cumulative operation amount of the intermediate roller 52 on the basis of the abrasion loss of the rotary gear 52d and drive gear 52e. The control unit 10 adjusts the operation of the intermediate roller 52 on the basis of the correction value so that the deflection amount of the sheet S becomes constant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
