Abstract:
To suppress reduction in the productivity when resuming a job that is stopped in the midway.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus 1 includes: a plurality of sheet bases 25; a type detection part 122 which detects the type Dk of a medium on the basis of the output of a sensor 41 provided in a conveyance path common to the plurality of sheet bases; a storage part 123 which stores medium information D2 indicating the size Ds and the detected type Dk of the medium; and a selection part 125 which re-selects the sheet base 25 being the supply source of the medium on the basis of the medium information D2 at the resumption of the job after it is stopped in the midway. The selection part 125 selects an alternative sheet base 25 corresponding to the medium whose size and type match the job out of the sheet bases 25 other than the selected sheet base 25 when there is the user operation to the selected sheet base 25 being the supply source before stop during a period where the job is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
