Abstract:
To prevent disorder of insertion paper when an insertion paper loading part is automatically switched.SOLUTION: An image forming device 101 comprises: an image forming part 20 for forming an image on a sheet; and a first insertion paper loading part 31 and a second insertion paper loading part 32 for loading pieces of insertion paper before, between, or after the sheets on which the image is formed by the image forming part. When there is no more insertion paper on the first insertion paper loading part at the middle of one set during the execution of a job for producing one printed matter by inserting one set of pieces of insertion paper fed from the first insertion paper loading part to one set of sheets, the pieces of insertion paper of the number corresponding to the number of pieces of insertion paper fed from the first insertion paper loading part out of the one set are discharged from the second insertion paper loading part, and then the pieces of insertion paper are fed from the second insertion paper loading part to continue the production of the one printed matter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
