Abstract:
To accurately grasp the number of insertion sheets placed on insertion sheet feeding means.SOLUTION: An image forming device 1 comprises: feeding means 22 which is loaded with sheets and feeds the sheets according to a job; image forming means 80 for forming an image on the sheet fed by the feeding means; a plurality of insertion sheet feeding means 320 and 321 which are loaded with insertion sheets and feed the insertion sheets toward a conveyance path 340 provided on the downstream of the image forming means; setting means 117 and 118 capable of setting the number of insertion sheets loaded on each of the plurality of insertion sheet feeding means; and control means 901 which subtracts the number set by the setting means relating to the insertion sheet feeding means selected according to feeding of the insertion sheet from the selected insertion sheet feeding means out of the plurality of insertion sheet feeding means, and, when the number becomes zero, feeds the insertion sheets from the other insertion sheet feeding means in which the number of the insertion sheets is not zero.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
