Abstract:
To deal with the possibility of generation of an image defect when a part of a conveyance guide unit is worn by the contact between a conveyance guide unit and a sheet.SOLUTION: A conveyance guide unit includes: bias means; a rotary member biased by the bias means, the rotary member being rotated in contact with a sheet; and holding means for guiding the sheet and holding the bias means and the rotary member; first conveyance guide means for guiding the sheet, the first conveyance guide means being removable from the holding means, the first conveyance guide means having a press target unit of which strength is smaller than that of the holding means, the press target unit being pressed by the sheet conveyed by conveyance means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
