Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the picture quality by revising an image forming process condition based on data of a picture processing section resulting from recording information so as to accurately grasp to toner amount.
CONSTITUTION: When a print command is outputted through an operation section 103, a picture processing section 101 implements preliminary scanning prior to image forming and analyzes picture data to be outputted and evaluates a toner quantity to be consumed. Then a system controller 104 controls the operation of an output system 102 based on the evaluated toner consumption at copying. Thus, the picture quality is improved by revising the image forming process condition in an output system based on the data from the picture processing section 101 to make the quality of the picture high.
