Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the image forming device capable of setting the image forming condition to make an unexposed part become white, at the time of forming a copy image from a panoramic film.
CONSTITUTION: A projecting device 42 to project a film original is mounted on an image reading section 1. The image forming device is equipped with a function reading the film projection light from the projecting device 42 by an image sensor 33 of the image reading section 1 and forming the copy image by an image forming section in the electronic picture processing system. In the case of the 35mm-panoramic film where one part of the upper and lower size of the long side is not produced, it is automatically discriminated as the normal 35mm full-sized film. It features the panoramic film forming mode operating the area specification function deleting the latent image of the part corresponding to the unexposure section of a latent image holding body 4 (C, Y, M, B) so as to prevent toner form sticking on the latent image holding body 4 (C, Y, M, B) according to the unexposure section of the film at the time of forming an image by the electronic picture process.
