Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet supplying device and an image forming device which can surely separate and transfer sheets without requiring adjustment of guide means.
SOLUTION: Sheet P1 is separately transferred one by one by means of a separation/transferring means having a separation roller 33 and a transferring roller 32. The sheet P1 is first fed to the separation/transferring means and then to an image forming part by guide means 36, 40. The movable separation roller 33 is in press-contact with the transferring roller 32. A part of one guide means 40 is made of a flexible member 41. In the case that sheet bundle having certain thickness is delivered, therefore, the flexible member 41 is flexed by the pressurizing force from the sheet bundle and then the sheet bundle is guided to the separation/transferring means.
