Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device that can solve a problem of bent paper in the case of double-side print onto a transfer material with tab so as to attain double-side print process by stable carrying of the transfer material.
SOLUTION: The image forming device having a plurality of paper feed stages, a central arithmetic unit that recognizes a size of a transfer material loaded to each paper feed stage, select a desirable paper feed stage and automatically decide the size of the transfer material depending on the image size, and a paper carrying section that can feed a transfer material with tab in a double-side mode, is characterized in that when a mode of automatically deciding the size of the transfer material and printing both sides of the transfer material with tab is set, the transfer material with tab whose tab is directed in a direction perpendicular to the carrying direction is selected.
