PURPOSE: To improve the handling property of a document and a form, to make the title device compact and to obtain it at a low cost by constituting said device so that an automatic double image forming device, a sorter, an automatic document feeding device and a large capacity feed paper device are integrated as one body into the device main body.

CONSTITUTION: The title device is provided with an automatic double image forming device 17 for leading a form which passes through a fixing device again to an image transfer part 29, and a sorter 13 for distributing and containing a form P which passes through a fixing device 30 in each bin 15a - 15f. Also, said device is provided with an automatic document feeding device 7 for feeding a document D corresponding to an image transferred by an image transfer part 29 by one sheet each successively onto a form placing table 3, and a large capacity feed paper device 11 for bringing many sheets of forms P to feed paper by one sheet each successively to the image transfer part 29. In such a way, the handling property of the document D and the form P can be improved remarkably, and also, since they become standard equipments, the cost can be reduced remarkably, and moreover, a considerable part can be contained in the device main body, and it can be maintained to make the device compact and to make it low in its cost.
