Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an excellent image by preventing what is called middle omission that toner in the central part of a line is missed in a line image, especially, a character image on the image at the time of transferring.
CONSTITUTION: A pressing member 20 pressing a transfer material carrying sheet 93 to a photoreceptor drum 3 in a transfer area where the drum 3 is brought into contact with the sheet 93 is provided, and further a vibration generating member 30 is installed on the pressing member 20. Thus, the adhesive force between the drum 3 and the flocculated toner is weakened by vibration, and the middle omission is prevented.
