PURPOSE: To obtain the titled material giving a reversed image easily without using a special reversal prism transmitting ultraviolet light and near ultraviolet light by forming a specified photosensitive layer having a lower optical density and a specified photosensitive layer having a higher optical density on a (semi) transparent support.
CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive layer having 0.2W2.5 lower optical density (using a blue filter) and 0.1W20μm thickness as an intermediate layer and a photosensitive layer having ≥3 higher optical density and 1W20μm thickness as an outer layer are formed on a (semi)transparent support having ≥60% transmittance to active light in te ultraviolet and near ultraviolet regions and 10W 250μm thickness. The intermediate layer consists of 100pts.wt. alkali-soluble high molecular compound (A) contg. free carboxyl groups and having self-cross-linkability due to ethylenic unsatd. bonds and 1.25W150pts.wt. pigment or dye (B) such as red iron oxide. The outer layer consists of 100pts.wt. alkali-soluble high molecular compound (C) contg. free carboxyl groups and having no self-cross- linkability, 10W500pts.wt. component B and 20W300pts.wt. cross-linking agent (D) utilizing ethylenic unsatd. bonds.
