To provide an image forming method by which a color image having excellent heat resistance and excellent moisture resistance is formed on a soft packing material made of film by a method without using a solvent and having excellent safety and also laminate having excellent contactness with a base material and the excellent stability of the color image and applicable to a display panel, a display label and a display sheet is formed.

A toner image obtained by developing an electrostatic latent image formed by an electrophotographic method by using each coloring toner particles incorporating yellow, magenta or cyan by 10-45 wt.% as a coloring material is transferred on the film, and next, the film having an unfixed toner image is brought into press-contact and fixed with/to the base material where a non-solvent type adhesive is applied, so that the laminate having the color image is formed. It is desirable to use an isocyanate compound and a polyole compound as the nonsolvent type adhesive.
