A computer includes: a transmission means for transmitting a print job including acquired user ID, password and created third information to an image forming apparatus. The image forming apparatus includes: an extraction means for extracting the user ID, password and third information from the received print job; an analysis means for analyzing whether or not the combination of the extracted user ID and password is included in other job in a print queue in the image forming apparatus; and a decision means for, when the combination is included in the other job, deciding whether or not the combination is available based on the extracted third information.
