Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue an entry permit for a visitor by effectively making use of a margin of a print medium.SOLUTION: An image forming system for forming an image on a print medium includes: an input section for accepting input of visitor information on a visitor; a generation section for generating an information image including the visitor information accepted by the input section; an acquisition section for acquiring the information image; a permit generation section for generating permit data by arranging in a prescribed layout on a print medium an image indicating the permission of entry for the visitor including the visitor information, on the basis of information image, and by arranging an image indicating additional information in a margin of the print medium, in which the image is not arranged; and an issuance section for issuing a permit indicating the permission of entry for the visitor by printing, according to the permit data, the image having the image indicating the permission of entry and the image indicating the additional information arranged therein on a print medium.
