Abstract:
To provide an image forming system which can sort a plurality of booklets continuously discharged to a discharge tray, while preventing a cost increase.SOLUTION: An image forming system comprises: a fold processing unit which performs folding process which folds sheets in which an image is formed by an image forming unit in a booklet shape; and a cutting treatment unit which performs cutting treatment for cutting the top/bottom of a booklet folded by the fold processing unit. A control system of the image forming system performs folding process after performing image forming process which forms the image on the sheet so that the center in a seat width direction of the image is positioned on the top side, with respect to the center in the seat width direction of the sheet. Then, the control system executes shift control which performs the cutting treatment so that a cut width of the bottom becomes larger than the cut width of the top.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
