Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a possiblity of pulling out a paper feeding cassette in a unit, an inversion unit main body, etc., erroneously by a device operator while recording paper moves in a unit conveyance path of a paper feeding unit, an inversion unit, etc., and prevent jam caused by the erroneous pulling out thereof.
SOLUTION: This image forming system is constituted in such a way that feeding units 3A, 3B can be arranged between an image forming device main body 1 and a paper inversion unit 4 and is provided with a detection means which detects jam and travel of recording paper on recording paper conveyance paths 72 to 75 formed on both units 4, 3A, 3B, mounting and dismounting members 30A, 30B, 40 arranged in any of the units 4, 3A, 3B so as to mount and dismount, and a prevention means which prevents coming off of the mounting and dismounting 30A, 30B, 40 from the corresponding unit. The prevention means is driven and controlled based on a travel detection signal from the detection means to prevent coming off of the mounting and dismounting members mounted in the unit corresponding to the conveyance path on which recording paper moves.
