Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the image furnace which can execute the exchange of a thermal light source from the inner side of a spheroidal reflection mirror and allows the secure connection to a power source terminal for supplying electric power to the thermal light source.
CONSTITUTION: This image furnace is constituted by providing the thermal light source, 103 in the 1st focal part of the spheroidal reflection mirror 100, providing a sample in the 2nd focal part 110 of the above-mentioned spheroidal reflection mirror 100, and providing power source terminals 106 for supplying a power source to the above-mentioned thermal light source 103 in the spheroidal reflection mirror 100 and heats the sample by concentrating the IR rays emitted from the thermal light source 103. The above-mentioned furnace includes electrodes 105, 105 consisting of conductive L-shaped plate bodies which extend from the thermal light source 103 and have resilience. These electrodes 105, 105 are fixed by connecting screws 107 to the power source terminal 106 provided on the spheroidal reflection mirror.
