Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent concentration of calls to an image supply device provided with an exchange of the other party office by storing image information supplied from the image supply device in an image storage device if prescribed traffic conditions are satisfied. CONSTITUTION:An image storage device 5 is provided in a local exchange 2. If the local exchange 2 identifies the convergence state of calls selecting a program number N, image information supplied from an image supply device 4 in accordance with the program number N is stored in the image storage device 5. Hereafter, corresponding image information is transmitted from the image storage device 5 in response to the call selecting the program number N. Thus, concentration of calls to the image supply device 4 is reduced to lower the call loss rate of calls selecting the program number N.
