Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image input device by which a user is surely connected to the opposite party by smoothly avoiding connection with the other communication parties when the user wants to connect to the particular opposite communication party by operating the image input device and meanwhile, the user can be connected to the first opposite communication party outputting a connection request without operating the image input device when the user wants to connect to the image input device by operating an information processor.
SOLUTION: This image input device is applied to a digital camera 100, has a radio communication function that is connected to a PC (personal computer) 101 being an information processor by radio and is connected to the PC 101 through a USB cable, wherein pairing information for specifying the PC 101 to be the opposite communication party is set beforehand. When the image input device is instructed to make a connection start with the PC 101, the image input device is shifted to be able to connected to the PC 101 by radio on the basis of the set pairing information.
