Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect information obtained from an image itself picked up by imaging means in determining whether the image is not suitable to predetermined processing.SOLUTION: An image determination device comprises: labeling means S4 of acquiring a label region by labeling from a predetermined region of a difference image between two images picked up by imaging means at a predetermined interval of time; index value acquiring means S5 of acquiring an average value of respective distances of each of label regions acquired by the labeling means S4 from remaining label regions from the label region or an index value corresponding thereto; histogram acquiring means S7 of acquiring a histogram indicative of the number of label regions having the index value belonging to each predetermined range of index values for the range; and determination means S8, S9 of determining, on the basis of the histogram, whether at least one of the two images is suitable to predetermined processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
