PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image management device, an image management method, and a program that manages an image the condition of which is recorded in a simpler way.SOLUTION: An image management device includes an acquisition unit that acquires a first image generated based on photographing by a first camera, a second image that is generated based on photographing by a second camera and in which a photographer or the first camera of the first image appears, and a background image that corresponds to the second image and in which the photographer or the first camera of the first image does not appear, a position extracting unit that extracts a position of the photographer or the first camera of the first image based on at least one of the second images, and a display control unit that controls the first image to be displayed on the background image in association with the extracted position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
