Abstract:

To accurately and simply measure the detailed characteristics of a measuring object, even if it is located at a remote distance.

A measuring processing part 13 acquires a plurality of first images photographed, while making a photographing area undergo micromotion for the measuring object. A characteristic extraction processing part 14 extracts an approximate characteristic part of the object from the first images acquired by the measuring processing part 13. A partial image formation processing part 15 forms a plurality of first partial images, by grouping the plurality of the first images acquired with the measuring processing part 13 in the vicinity of the substantially characteristic part, extracted by the characteristic extraction processing part 14. A super-resolution image formation processing part 16 forms super-resolution images from the plurality of the first partial images, formed by the partial image formation processing part 15.
