Title:
IMAGE OBSERVING APPARATUS FOR LIGHT INTERFERENCE FAULT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3553451
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light interference fault image observation apparatus detecting the static or dynamic structure of the deep fault of a living body or the like and forming multidimensionally the detected structure into an image for observing the same.
SOLUTION: The image observation apparatus for light interference fault is equipped with a rotating prism where a retroreflector prisms 1 each of which has one vertical angle of 90° are provided to the circumferential part of a rotary body 4, so that the diagonal surface of the vertical angle crosses the tangential line of the circle of the circumference at almost right angle, and when luminous flux is allowed to be incident on the diagonal surface, a reflecting point is scanned in a fixed direction along with the rotation of the rotating body 4, by utilizing the characteristics of the prisms reflecting luminous flux in parallel to the incident direction. When the rotary body is rotated in a light advancing direction, delayed reflected luminous flux is cyclically generated, corresponding to rotation, and when the rotation is reverse, progressively reflected luminous flux is cyclycally generated corresponding to rotation.
