Abstract:
To provide an image output system and an image output apparatus that can synchronize data stored in each apparatus.
The image output apparatus determines whether or not a state transition notification sent from a synchronization source has been received (S30), and if determined that a state transition notification has been received (S30: YES), determines whether or not to start synchronization (S31). If the determination is to start synchronization (S31: YES), it is determined whether or not the operating conditions of the source are satisfied (S32). If the operating conditions are satisfied (S32: YES), an update file is acquired from the source (S33) and stored in a synchronization area (S34).
